The NCO “Eurasian Dialogue” and the “Arab Foundation for Science and Technology”, an organization established by the government of the Emirate of Sharjah (UAE), entered into a targeted cooperation agreement. The document involves consolidating the efforts of public organizations aimed at developing scientific and practical cooperation between the Russian Federation and the monarchies of the Arabian Peninsula within the framework of creating an international Russian-Arab center. The initial investment amount, according to the Arab side, is $3 million.
